(I) Customers are required to place a purchase order for goods ten days in advance of each purchase. The company will promptly review the order, complete the stamping and confirmation process upon confirmation, and supply the goods to the customer according to the order requirements.
(II) Shipping method: The company will handle transportation on behalf of the customer, meaning our company will transport the goods via logistics and deliver them to the designated receiving location. The express delivery fee or shipping fee will be borne by [specific party]. If the customer requires other transportation methods, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer. The quantity shipped shall be based on the actual quantity received by the customer. If there is a shortage of goods, the customer is required to provide a written explanation to our company within 5 days of receiving the goods. Once confirmed by our company, appropriate action will be taken. If no feedback is provided by the customer within the specified timeframe, our company will assume that the customer has confirmed the quantity received based on the delivery note.
(III) Customers need to specify the delivery location. If there is a need to add or modify the delivery information later, customers need to provide a stamped explanatory letter to our company.
