Delivery

(1) Warranty Terms

Our company provides warranty services for supplied goods strictly in accordance with the original manufacturer’s standard warranty policy. Unless otherwise agreed in the order, the warranty period shall be 90 days from the date of acceptance.

(2) Warranty Services

During the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement for defective goods, excluding defects caused by customer misuse. We will address defective goods within 5 business days after receiving customer notification.

(3) Defective Product Returns

If a customer discovers quality issues caused by our company while selling our products, they must notify us in writing within 3 business days, specifying the product details and the exact quality issue. After verification:

  • The customer may return the goods, and we will arrange retrieval.
  • Upon inspection and acceptance, we will issue a credit note.
  • For disputed damages (e.g., unverified liability), both parties will share 50% of the loss.

(4) Return & Exchange Procedure

Prior to any return/exchange, the customer must:

  • Submit a written request (including product details) via fax/email for our approval.
  • Include a packing list with returned goods.
  • Ensure all items are undamaged, with original packaging, and free of scratches (e.g., discs must be resalable).Non-compliance: We reserve the right to refuse unapproved returns shipped to our address or local freight stations, with no liability for associated costs.

(5) Post-Return Process

After receiving returned goods, we will:

  • Complete inspection within 15 business days (final quantity based on our actual receipt).
  • Determine the exchange value based on the current market price at the time of exchange.
  • Process financial reconciliation before arranging replacements.

(6) Non-Exchangeable Goods

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Discontinued products (packaging/content no longer in use) or clearance items.
  2. Time-sensitive products (e.g., seasonal goods or items marked "non-returnable" before shipment).
  3. Products purchased over 180 days (based on our delivery date).
  4. Non-our-products: Unauthorized returns will be rejected (shipped back or discarded at our discretion).
  5. Counterfeit goods: We will pursue legal action against violators.

(7) Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping fees for approved exchanges.
